| Located at Lake Mohave, Nevada, the new building, owned by the National Park Service (NPS) and operated by Forever Resorts' Cottonwood Cove Resort and Marina, will replace a 30 year old structure and serve as a boat rental and marina services building providing moorage for more than 200 vessels.
