 | Janie's Garden, an 86-unit, garden-style community in North Sarasota opened yesterday. The apartment community replaces the former Janie Poe public housing complex and features both apartment flats and townhomes and a 4,800-square-foot community center. The community building is seeking LEED-NC certification and will help educate the community on sustainability and the environment. |
